Smiling is the best cure known to man, the more you smile the more attractive you get. One smile can say way more than words, so here you go 7 reasons to smile more.

1. Makes you attractive

It’s proven and it’s a fact that the more you smile the more attractive you appear to people, but you shouldn’t smile like Heat Ledger “Joker” in the Batman Movie, because that’s kinda creepy.

2.It changes your mood

Psychologits have found that if you fake a smile for 60 seconds, no matter
how fake it is or forced, it releases serotonin which tricks the body into
making you feel happy.

3. It’s contagious

Haven’t you noticed what happens when you start smiling? All others start as well and that’s because smiling is contagious. Smile lots and you will lighten up a room and like a magnet you will draw people to you.

People who smile appear more confident, and are more likely to get a promotion and more likely to be approached.

So smile as much as you can, and remember that – Every day you spend without a smile, is a lost day.
