People have very different opinions about what a leader is. Some people think that the leader is the boss or that the leader is the person that everybody else has to follow. But the truth about great leadership is that the leader is simply the person that other people follow, not because they have to but because they want to and that’s what we are talking about today.
In this video Charlie covers the three mindsets that have created great leaders in the past. Leaders are emerging all the time from the way that they think and they way they treat others.
